With my advanced training in perinatal mental health, I can help you find the tools that work for you to improve your mental wellness. I help those struggling with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders such as postpartum depression or anxiety (PPD/PPA), those who have lost an infant or child in utero or during or after birth, those dealing with infertility, adoption, birth trauma, body image issues, disordered eating habits or a poor relationship with food, chronic illness, parenting special needs children and more.
